My labor day surprise!!!

wow, I love zebras, that's neat that you are allowed to have them on your property.
In Canada, they are a bit more strict on the pets we can have. We had a tiger in the area, people made a big stink as they were scared, even though the tiger had a perfect enclosure. seamless.
had to send the tiger to a proper zoned area. sad.
angers me as we have cougars and bears and humans running loose everywhere.

are there some states where you can't have such exotics?
I am super jealous you have zebras, they are the most neatest looking and photogenic creatures there is.

more pics please.

and you do have a gorgeous barn!!!!!!!!!!!

I raised this particular capybara on a bottle because his mother orphaned the entire litter for some strange reason. (I used to raise these back when I had a zoo.) They are very shy by nature, but since this one was hand raised, he is the best pet EVER and just LOVES to be petted anywhere by anyone. He even walks on a leash with his harness on. I would only recommend one as a pet if they were bottle raised. I purchased my original pair from a breeder out of Louisiana. As far as the water goes, they don't have to be in water to go to the bathroom, but they will go in water. I plan on building a big filtered pool for him soon, but he has done just fine with me dumping and refilling his water tank each day. I also have an automatic waterer for him so he CAN'T poop in the water he drinks from.

My zorse was such a sweet heart, anything BUT aggressive.

Here's Diva, my now 2 year old when she was a foal.
