Out of my 16 eggs that were sent in the mail 10 have grown to hatching size. As well as they were packed I had one with detached membrane, 2 developed blood rings and 3 were nothing at all when I candled on day 14. Which left me with 10 which is pretty good since I paid for a dozen..

Not due until tomorrow technically: but started pipping yesterday,
A day early again: I have 7 lav orps hatched , one is weak but we are giving it time to rest and catch up:fl, it had more of the yolky sack /umbilical area and I did help this one out after it pipped and did not do anything else.... and 3 more eggs that havent pipped yet..

(several I assisted cuz I was impatient and nervous )

This morning all are doing well, up and about and eating and awaiting their sister (who's getting her land legs before I throw her in with the other 9)

Notice I'm referring to them all as girls hoping it will transfer over to having only a couple roos in the bunch
