Very Lovely birds

I had really hoped to get this color into my flock, and then out hatched three little buff/blue chicks from my mixed banties, which aren't even blue. I am however not sure if they are Lemon Blues. What exactly makes them a Lemon blue? Can it be any chicken that is just buff/blue?
