My leukemia's back.

I don't think there exists such a list. We've all prayed for each other over the life of this thread. I can't imagine reading back through the last 1042 pages! But, our God is Good. He is always there for us in good times and bad. Of course Rachel is primary concern. She and her family need our prayers daily: For comfort, for peace. I pray that God will surround her and her family with His people to reach out to them and meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Family members include: Don (husband), Big Boy (oldest son), Sugar Monkey (younger son), and Echo (joined the family because he needed a family to join!) If you think of these fine folks, pray for them and their needs daily as Holy Spirit brings them to your mind. There is also a Go Fund Me account set up for them. I believe Phil has the contact info for that?????

Skimmed through a few pages but was curious to know how everything turned out. My dad just spent a month in the hospital for his initial treatment. Now he is getting ready to head back to get ready for his transplant. His original donor backed out but doctor's decided I was a good enough match. So will be starting the prep process Thursday for them to take bone marrow stem cells from me on Monday. Kind of nervous, hope it works.

Welcome to this thread. I pray that God will lay his healing hand on your dad, and that his transplant is successful. Also praying that your anxiety regarding your role in this transplant will be calmed.

Good morning Team Rachel!

OGM, glad you had a good family day. And glad you've been able to reconnect with your sister.

Cynthia, thanks for sharing a picture of your Doxie. What a handsome guy!

Best wishes for a good day to all!

Wow thanks for the kind words. Definitely a welcome surprise to find here. My wife wants eggs but thinks maybe we should wait until we get my dad straightened out. But I find watching them run around to be therapeutic.
:hugs i think that it is great that you are going through with this for your father, i wish you both the best of luck and swift healing :hugs
@donrae, I'm a brand new member and your post caught my eye. I don't know where you are in your treatment but as a fellow CML survivor/warrior/fighter/whatever, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please, anyone who is interested, check out "Be The Match" at https://bethematch.org/ You never know whose life you can save by donating marrow or cord blood. There is never enough to meet the need!
thank you and welcome
