Hmmmmm. I have family coming to stay for the Holidays, and it includes my grandchildren. I may save the cookie dough until a couple days after Christmas, then they can help with the cookie cutters, and making their own cookies. I can also set up a table with icing, colored sugars, and sprinkles, so they can decorate their own cookies, then eat them. They should have a lot of fun, and it will keep them busy.

She had a Pyrenees/Golden Retriiever mix that was her "heart dog". He was a big, mellow guy. I know she still misses him even after 5 years, so I'm not surprised she wanted Sadie as soon as she heard about her.I once had a great pyrenees when I lived in the city in Texas. He was actually a very low energy dog. We would take him on walks, and take him rollerblading. .. but he didn't care if he missed a day or more of exercise.
He did however have a VERY large "home range", which meant he would not stay near the house if he got out. He would just go!
He also thought everything was in his territory. That meant that if someone 5 houses down slammed their door, he would bark.
So BARKING the insane amount of drool, and hair shedding, were the issues that we had with him.
Hugs back!Getaclue, Friday, a couple coming your way!![]()
Doing good, PT starts tomorrow. Ask me if I'm excited.![]()
