My leukemia's back.

Had my first return visit after Radiation to my Oncologist Gyn Surgeon. He wants to see me every three months for a while...Making note of the healing progress. Apparently My healing is kind of slow to his preferences... But I am not in pain nor am I dependant on immodium... YAY.

He was happy that I had my bipap machine... and concerned that I was doing Ketogenic diet on my own. Didnt say as much but asked if I was doing it with help. I told him I had bough carefully researched books... And that the Cardeologist had recommended it.

ON a good note I have to be careful when I stand up or my britches want to fall off.... View attachment 1468833 Not quite Keto but Very mindful of my carbs.

Oh and I am off the prednazone and it took about a week for my knees to start hurting again... BUT the weight coming off has made them hurt less... My nest doctors appointment for my primary doc I am going to ask to be put on a dose for Arthritis to see if that helps. Any thing to keep from having to use Alieve... Because right now i am up with heart burn big time... Took it too late in the day.

Try this for the knees:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017O76AA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And if you can ease the pain in your knees, you’ll be able to move more. The more you can move, the more you’ll lose and the more lose the less you’ll hurt.
Kind of like the snowball of weight gain.... gotto keep that heat gun going on the snowball....

One pound off equals four pounds off knees... In order to get to my goal wieght I have to loose 230 pounds from 380 (octobers weight) Thats 920 off my knees... almost a thousand pounds.... :th I am going to have to have a spanex suit for the extra skin... sigh. Already beginning to see the wrinkles on my face that should be there.

@perchie.girl

Do not ignore my post about avovida. It is well researched and is prescribed for knee and hip pain in the EU. I have been using it for a year now and it is amazing how well it works.

I do not post stuff unless I know it works. It is also very inexpensive compared to a lot of things out there. ten bucks for two months supply

Not ignoring it but there is a sea of pill bottles by my left elbow... I take most twice a day and one three times a day...not counting pain relievers.

I have to research drug interaction even for vitimines. I wanted to take one thing the other day but they said do not take with Effexor.... so please dont be offended... I did look it up

Here is my list
Hydrochlorothiazide 1x
Metropolol 2x
Busparone 2x
Effexor 1x
Gabapenton 3x
Glimiperidie 2x
Metformin 2x
atrovastatin 1x
Lisonopril 1x
albuterol sulfate as needed
Ocuvite 1x otc
Calcium + D 2x otc prescribed
Low dose Asprine...81 mg 1x

I am even afraid to take a multi vitimine...

Ron, can you get avovida in this country without a prescription? My knees have been a pain for many years. I cannot kneel with knees touching the floor. To push myself up is too painful., instead I have to grab furniture or shelves in the grocery and pull myself up .
It's embarrasing and I have to try and find a spot where I won't knock things off the shelves.

Lately can't climb into the freezer (grocery store) to reach high up ice cream. I used to fly up there like nothing - until they would see me and holler. You can't find anyone to
help in stores anymore. Sometimes if I stay there and keep looking up sadly like a dog, a shopper will ask if they can get something down for me. Hey , what ever works.
