My leukemia's back.

My kid, #4 was going to go on a pilgrimage.... the couple in charge of him got sick... so at the last minute I had to go.

Anyway... it was fantastic.

We took the ferry down to Kodiak, then little boats to Spruce Island and Saint Nilas Island where there are orthodox monasteries.

Great Alaskan for you and your son. What happened to the snow? You mean it actually melts in warmer weather.

We don't have snow all year around ya know.

But down in Kodiak they rarely have to shovel snow. When it snows there it usually melts the next day

I love church outings..(best way I could think of putting it) and, I love that little church!

A bit of a breeze helped us out yesterday. The easiest day to breath in a long time. The fire is now 4% under control.. doesnt sound like much, but this is at least something after no control for so long.
