Beautiful here for a change. Had to go up to Billings, where it sprinkled a bit but no real rain. However, they are getting snow on Beartooth Pass today. Yep. Snow. Oh oh!

Guess who turned 10 years old today!!! Yep, our Ashley celebrated her 10th birthday! Woo hoo!!

Yes indeed, GAC! She still faces a lifetime of uncertainty...will the cancer come back, are the adult chemo drugs going to have a negative impact on her future health.....but every day is a prayer answered.

Is kinda sad that we have to look at things that way..... why should every day be a gift for us when every one else takes them for granted...... but is not.
Its perspective...... makes you appreciate every day..... slows time down a little.

I'm using my Nebulizer, my fast acting inhaler and my once a day inhaler because of all the smoke in the air, and you're sure a lot closer to the fires than we are to the ones going on around here. Stay safe!!

I'm still on prednisone .....but mostly for pain now. The longer I'm away from the shop better my breathing has been.

I agree Ron. And once a false statement is made it gets repeated as fact without fact checking then becomes a "fact" in the minds many people. And they repeat it as such and it snowballs.

Much of CA is sort of screwed weather wise. Long periods without rain which make fires possible then it rains enough to get the brush growing only to have no rain and it dries out, ready for the next spark. Doesn't happen in places that usually get a reasonable amount of rain through the year, and pretty much every year.

Sort of like the last few years... the news is all agenda driven...... play on words to make what ever point the person telling the news wants.
Fake news is real and rampant everywhere.
I blame the internet...... is so easy to put a story out there ...... and takes a long time to figure out if it's real or not..... same with the 24 hour news cycle..... half the time they are reporting unconfirmed info....... and have to come back and retract ....

I just found out one of my old little league players wad just busted.... and is facing life in prison.
He had 8 oz of meth..... an oz of heroin and a bunch of prescription drugs.
I feel sorry for him as he never had a chance growing up.
But it was all for not.... Derrick is back in business.
Cars coming and going all day and night..... maybe I should have taken the cops advice and burned the place down.
