My leukemia's back.

I'm back, and you won't believe this......I had to be nice and EVERYTHING!!! <sigh>. All that pent up Mama Bear thing and I didn't even get to use it. I was called in, sat down, and the first words out of the head honcho's mouth were, "How's our Jenny?" (Jenny was head afternoon/evening cook at the hospital from the time they moved here in 2002 until Kendra was born in 2011, and for about a year afterward.) Then it was, "Brian is responsible for getting these PAFs sent in correctly and on time, but ultimately I am responsible and I HAVE taken remedial action." Well, pffffffttttt.....there went the air outta my balloon! I said what had basically planned to say, but said it far nicer than I planned. Next thing I know Brian is standing in front of me, hat and apology in hand, assuring me that he got the paperwork in, that he was waiting for the med to come in, and would DELIVER it if he had to. I told him that wouldn't be necessary, but that I do expect her refills to be submitted as soon as they come in. Now we'll see. In the meantime, the hospital footed the bill for a month's worth of her anti-seizure medication, which she promptly put in to my hot little hand. Boo ya!!!

Awesome news @Blooie !

Me... I have been listening to some of my dad's lectures. Dude was famous-ish. Lots of stuff on the internet.

So, I googled

It was nice... all good...

Then..... the last one that I listened to today was made after his first cancer.. (base of the tongue cancer)... so now I am all choked up and emotional since every word was all messed and not so good...
