My leukemia's back.

Talk about sin though.... have you noticed all of the snow here on BYC?? :sick

There's more than just snow falling here on BYC. There's a Santa hat, snowmen and candy canes too!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

The eternal mystery.
Hopefully not to Al.

Alaskan it's called "Lint" if you want to be correct.
Sorry DD, it is too late for that. While unusual for us at this time of year the 14" or so of heavy wet stuff that landed on us Tues and Wed is SNOW. No heat in the barn so it hasn't slid yet. Slid off the house where there are no snow rails. Supposed to be above freezing today and maybe some rain, could see a LOT of slide off the barn. Gonna be about as much fun as snow plow driveway dams.

Hey Bruce, have you seen a Wyoming shovel?

You might want to get yourself one of those!

I have one of those, but it is red ;) At the moment the pallet forks are on it because I used them to move the cordwood racks to the porch landing. My "problem", if you can call it that, is I don't have an equipment shed that I can store tractor implements in side by side for easy swapping. At the moment the tractor barely fits in a bay in the barn, no room for the bucket or forks when not attached and the bucket is currently outside. In-laws are buying me a product called "Edge Tamers" for Christmas which are kind of like little skies for the bucket so it can ride just above the ground rather than digging in. No smooth and flat ground here.

Of course to be most useful for moving snow, I'll have to know when I need to watch the weather and put the bucket on beforehand. Which I should likely do most of the time since I need to move wood approximately only every other week. And who knows when the snow will fall.

I have my garden tractor with snowblower which works well for the parking area and down between the barns. THOUGH, not sure it can handle the stuff that will fall off the barn.

Snowing like crazy here in Sheridan. I hope the mountains are being cleared.....going home this afternoon could be the stuff of nightmares if they are worse than yesterday.

Maybe time to find something interesting to do in Sheridan today, this evening and tonight!

x2 on what Bruce said B! Can you stay over just to be sure you don't run into the worst?
