You'd be surprised how fast they get some action, or when they don't, they check for other similar complaints, and do a story on it. When Google Maps was directing people into the ocean here for several addresses, they did a big story on it, which other media picked up on too. They asked for people to give them a week, and it would be fixed. It happened.
