Phil, a friend of mine years ago had SAD. She said the thing that brought her the most relief was one of those lamps (can't remember the name) that gave her the same feeling as sunshine. Can't recall the name...anyone know what I'm talking about?

One brand is the Verilux HappyLight, which you use from half an hour to an hour every morning. There are a bunch of different brands out there.
It is Seasonal Affective Disorder...a bright yellow card can have as much effect...it happens to me in October/November.. every year..now it is with me in December too...grey days, rain and I want to hibernate..sadly I am needed her for my animals..wish it was Spring...at least I could look for optimism of warmer days and light in the evenings...c'est la vie!Phil, a friend of mine years ago had SAD.
