Yep, got the pneumovax and the flu shot both. I've never been an advocate of the flu shots, but we all got them this year, me and my herd. Poor boys, having to get a shot just to protect momma. That's okay, we went to Dairy Queen after, they were well compensated with sugar.

After my one year anniversary, I get to get all the childhood immunizations all over again. Oh the joy. But, it's been a good excuse to avoid other people's kids, since I have no immunity to all those diseases so many folks aren't vaccinating for anymore.

Yeah getting those shots all over again is fun....the first couple years after my BMT I caught every cold that came around. I really do get the flu shot every year and only one caught the actual flu. It was a year they had a bad match.
