Run for office?

Went to the dentist today, and we talked politics as in the presidential possibilities. I picked up two write in votes.

One of the Eagle Scouts was asked at his board of review when he planned to run for president. He quickly said he would not want that job for anything.
He said he wished he had thought it through before he blurted it out.
He was afraid they would take that as an un-American response and hold it against him.
He is one of the smartest kids I have ever met, so... you know, the truth is the truth.
I am not sure if megalomaniacs would make the best leaders, but who else would want to do it?

Yep, I'm fine and home. Still pretty tired and sick of wearing the Beast, but it's all about baby steps. Couldn't have done it without the Good Lord, prayers, good thoughts, and my friends and family. Thank you. Just thank you.

Eggsie, I've been thinking about your issues with your vertigo and computer monitor raising heck with it..... Um, you've probably already thought of and/or done this, but just in case - have you looked into your settings and set your monitor to be dimmer? Just a thought...

Oh good Heavens! I just spent 4 days using nothing but my phone for BYC - I wouldn't wish that on anyone!
