My leukemia's back.

Any of you use f.lux on your computer? It automatically adjusts the color of the monitor at sundown to reduce the amount of blue light. Kind of gives it an orange cast.

I really like it.
Now, this would never work for me. Red light makes me mean . . . . and trust me, "you wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

When I recognize that I have a real bad case of "the grumpies," I usually try putting myself in time-out until I can be civil, which means I get more stuff done. My husband can usually tell when I'm having a bad day; he'll say, "Uh, oh; you've been cleaning. (fill in the blank) been getting on your nerves?"

Of course, it would mean less time on the computer; we addicts can use all the help we can get, right?

It seems a little funny to pray for a good night's sleep, but I hope that's what y'all had. It's a vicious cycle, isn't it? Good sleep helps you cope with the stress, and yet stress can mess up your sleep, making you less able to cope and adding to the stress . . . .

Glad to hear you had a good night, Phil!

They were real glass- too expensive, but being out side all the time they paid for themselves thousands of times over . The frames finally got brittle from the sun after about ten years and crumbled.
I could not find them anywhere anymore.
I blame the Hale-Bopp comet.

You guys put the pieces together for me. Thanks.

Wow, that brought back memories. I found a pair of Vuarnet sunglasses with the amber lenses in the sand at Scotchman's Cove near Laguna beach after scuba diving one day. I had those sunglasses for years. Made everything look like you were on Mars, but so relaxing on the eyes since they cut all the glare.
