Morning all. Gloomy here today. I've got a fire going and a pot of beans on the stove. Sounds like a good start, right?

Had the neighbor over yesterday to look at the place. He seemed pretty interested, so we may be on to something there. Honey's taken with a new listing of a little log place. I'ts got 10 acres, but the house is small. The Locusts would have to live in the garage.......I'm just not sure. I'm going to do a drive by today, then let the realtor know. House hunting is so stressful.....

I'm sure it is. Any chance you could build on to that log cabin? I'm sure the Locusts would love to have their "own apartment". But... given the propensity for teens to sometimes make inappropriate decisions, I think I'd want them more "under foot".

It's been cold and windy here lately, got up to snow dusting the last 2 mornings. Putting up more plastic around the "sun room. got the south side done today, except for the gable. And undid the east side at the bottom to put a plastic skirt to help shed water away from the "floor" of the sun room. Need an other roll of plastic before I can finish that job and put a proper front closure on the hay bale cold frame.

Yes I am! Of course, I don't have to go outside unless I want to...that adds to the enjoyment factor, lol. We have about 2.5" on the ground now and more is expected before the end of the week

What about you, do you have lots of snow now?
