My leukemia's back.

Hugs are good - scientifically proven!

Umm, I'd lay off on the 'animal sacrifices'

, but perhaps I could come out there and do the Full Moon dance?

Oh, yeah, hugs from home are the best! What a great surprise!

And here's Blondie the party pony to wish you a belated "happy birthday." Yes, she's a bit late - one of her "blonde moments" . . . .

Happy Birthday

What a pretty pony! Is that her usual garb or did she just dress up for Rachel's b-day?

How adorable is that?

I'm not a blonde, but I'm legitimately claiming Chemo-Brain again. I swear, my concentration is shot. I got the Kindle on Friday and haven't even taken it out of the box yet cause I know it's going to challenge me using a new device

. Maybe I'll have one of the young CNAs get it set up for me

. Or some of those Baby Doctors I see walking around......

Yeah, thought about that after I posted....no I mean the ones you want to ask "Hon, does your Mom know you're out this late?".......I must be getting old, cause they look so young! Thankfully my team is all fairly mature and I can discuss my care with a straight face.

So.....word from back home is someone's laying in the pullet pen! Honey found three small brown eggs this am and I'm entertaining myself thinking of who laid them. Brown rules out the barred Hollands, he didn't say dark brown so likely not the cuckoo Marans. Dark Cornish are suppposed to mature later so my money's on the partridge Rocks. I'm so excited!!!

Count was 80 this am, hopefully discharge by Saturday

. I probably will have to come back for a bone marrow biopsy before the next round of chemo, was trying to avoid that cause it takes a whole day to drive up here and back, but the timing just won't work otherwise. Good news is I should be home for Christmas

It is great to hear the count numbers going up!

Rocks are winter layers so it is very likely that they started laying now.
