My leukemia's back.

This was overshadowed by the surprise visit, but I wanted to post it for George and all my other gravy loving friends. I'd ordered a biscuit and gravy for breakfast and asked for a touch extra gravy. This is the ticket that came.....

Good morning Rachel! Your advice about not taking your honey for granted was great advice. Mike has several health issues that land him in the hospital over and over. At least once a day I climb into the hospital bed with him. He says snuggling is better tan all the drugs in the world.

And I agree garlic and chocolate in the same sentence is more than disgusting!

Have a good day!
enola, I'll add your Mike to my prayer list. Yes, snuggles with a loved one are powerful medicine, and never to be taken for granted when you've faced a life or death medical situation with your life partner.

Rachel, I was thinking about you, and sending prayers up on your behalf today. Are you saying you're facing 100 days in the hospital?

Not 100 days, She's down to 98 days! So, now we have a count down!

So glad the family showed up to surprise you. And that you got to have biscuits and gravy

. What's for breakfast this morning? We are having bacon, eggs and toast. The hens are slacking due to cold weather, so we only got 4 eggs yesterday. I don't blame them though.

Have a wonderful day.

Morning Rachel! It was sunny here this morning, the streets are covered with a layer of slush and ice, but at least it's sunny! Hang in there!

I am glad they let you have gravy over gravy.
I tried to find a nice picture of gravy, but gravy does not take a good picture.
Gravy is delicious, wonderful and smells great... but I does not look appetizing with out the smell and warm and taste and all.

It looks like something someone in the hospital should not look at.

Keep up the ...waiting, You are doing a good job!
