Well, Jenny felt up to taking the kids to the gym tonight, so I got to put away the junk we bought, brew up a cup of warm tea, catch up on some posts I missed while we were gone, and it's time for me to keep my promise about Ken's costume.
My brother Ron worked at a meat packing plant in Sioux Falls, the identity of which will remain anonymous but the initials were John Morrells. Ron provided Ken with a white smock, complete with a hood. He pulled a large pair of my dad's white long johns over his jeans, and white socks over his shoes. He filled another white sock with stuffing and pinned it on for a tail. So there he was head to toe white - except for a huge pair of green safety goggles. Around his neck was a carefully printed sign which said, "Proud Member, US Fallopian Swim Team". I leave it to you to figure out what he was.
