Such a nice thing to say and very eloquently said!

Agreed! May God give you more than the locusts have eaten so to speak!Suzie, here's to new beginnings. May your future years together restore all that you've lost, even if there are no kids in the picture.
glad the floor is over now, I am sure it was very labor intense and tons of dust too. I hope todays projects went quickly. I watched fireproof several times, and yes I remember that! and a very good movie everyone should watch!Holy Frijoles! You all are on a posting roll, for sure! Pages and pages......
I'm with 3ge, this is the bestest group of folks ever.
Honey and I spent our wedding night at Lake Tahoe. Beautiful, beautiful place.
hb--I have so many antibiotics stockpiled from when they'd switch mine around. Let me know what you want and I'll send it right over. I can make some fresh chicken soup also. Fresh as in still on the hoof, so to speak. I've still got 3, maybe 4 cockerels that need to be processed.![]()
Sour, glad your honey is back home. I'm just never quite right when I'm not with mine. Always sleep so much better that first night back together.
Phil, Phil, Phil.........bless your heart.![]()
Did any of you watch the movie Fireproof? Where they tricked the guy into drinking the hot sauce? And he says later "There were some serious repercussions!".....if not, go watch that movie!
So, we got the whole floor of the barn torn out yesterday. We're actually leaning toward just leaving it dirt for now, not even bringing in gravel. It looks kind of funny cause the previous owners had sheetrocked the walls, so there's a bare space from where the floor was down to the ground. And the dividing wall is just hanging from the ceiling. I think we'll talk to the real estate lady and see what she advises. I'm thinking if someone is going to buy the place for a grow property, they'll do whatever they want to the barn.
so today's projects will be either tackling the wood that got dumped in my pasture years and years ago, or hauling off the scrap metal pile. Either way, I'll be happy! you all have a great day........
I got more of those peppers if anyone wants one......hehe
your such a stinker! you threw it out! I am glad they have it figured out.Oh, we got piles and piles, and I agree things do come in handy. But the scrap metal pile is on half our entry gate, it's literally the first thing you see when you pull in the driveway. Not the best for selling a house. And it's been pretty well picked over, so I think it's time to go. Didn't happen today, we worked on other things. Got all the blackberries cleared out of the main run, it looks so much bigger!
This was funny....I got a call from the Dr office today about my blood sugar. It's been running over 300 when they do my labs, cause of the prednisone. That's been for the last 3 weeks. I hate sticking my finger and being on insulin, so I never said anything. Well, today they were asking if I had a monitor. Nope, don't have one.....silence. I didn't tell them I threw the **** thing away when I got home this spring. So they'll let the Dr know I don't have one, and call me back if he wants me to start checking my sugars. Well, okay, but I just decreased my prednisone, so I'm hoping my sugars go down. I'm not going to do anything until I have labs on Thurs. they also want me to stop my antifungal med (that I'm on cause of the prednisone) because my liver tests went up. Okay, but I'd only been on the antifungal med 2 days when those labs were done, cause they dinked around so long getting the correct dosage figured out. Shockingly, the dose was the same as I'd been on last year, can you imagine? At least I'm not upset about it today, it's more funny ironic.![]()
