Well we are about to join you all in the mud environment...rain predicted for the next ten days...the soil here is sandy and we are ankle deep in soggy mess...so I do understand abut the frozen terrain..so much better than wading through mud....anyone ever tried this for their complexion?

hi guys been out for awhile. migraine hit. been out for a week with it and it really screwed up my thinking for another week. I just isolate till it passes, messed up Christmas plans but hey that's life right.

@turtlesgalore nice to have you back, sorry about the migraine. Have you ever talked to your doc about a preventative? That's what finally helped me with them.

hi guys been out for awhile. migraine hit. been out for a week with it and it really screwed up my thinking for another week. I just isolate till it passes, messed up Christmas plans but hey that's life right.

They have made a lot of progress with determining the cause of migraines.
The old home cure was strong sweet coffee and four Motrin.
Now it is four Motrin and a benadryl.
I know Phil thinks I am full of it, but It helps me a lot.
I hope you feel better.
They can knock my feel out from under me.
