Bad news 1st......lost a hen the other day when a board fell on her & she was there ???? Hours til I gothome from work & found her crushed. Lost another hen last night. Dang raccoons. Putting my fighting gloves on tonight!

So, check out my new addition to the flock! Hbhoffman sent this beauty to me last week. He is adjusting well.

We named him Hollywood. He is always fixing his feathers!

Coop door was wide open this morning. Little tiny handprints pryed it open. I did a quick check & didn't find any sign of casualties. Then as I was walking back to house, there was an opossum trying to get in another pen! It ran so fast, I didnt get it
