My leukemia's back.

Hi every buddy! This is sugar monkey, typing in for my mom. She asked me to come and give you all an update. She is back home on Hospice; now we're just waiting for her to go see Jesus. She's not having much pain, so that's a good thing, but she has no vision and that's very frustrating.

"I love you guys all so much. You've been such a strong support for me over the past few years. It wasn't suppose to end like this, but I guess this is what God wants for me. So it's how I'm going to try and exit gracefully. I thank you all for your wishes and your prayers. Thank you for sharing yourselves with me. It's been a wonderful ride. I appreciate each and every one of you so much."

Thank you,
RachelBB

Sugar monkey again,
Thank you all so very much for the happiness that you brought to my mother. I know that you all have been a wonderful source of joy for her.

With gratitude,
smB

Thank you, Sugar Monkey! Please tell Rachel to keep stopping in with you when she can. We think of, pray for and talk about her daily! Blessings on you.
Rachel, You can rock this! God the Father and Jesus are looking forward to seeing you come home!! May the Holy Spirit be with you and yours abundantly until then. Ephesians 3.14-20...that you may be filled with all the fullness of God...according to the power that is at work within us..."
Revelations 21.4-5" He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. And he who was seated on the throne said, "Behold I am making all things new. Also he said, "Write these things down, for these things are trustworthy and true."."
Rachel, I look forward to seeing you made new! :celebrate I will be praying for you and cheering you on despite my sadness and a twinge of jealousy for going home to the one who loves you so very much.:hit:woot :love

Hi Sugar Monkey! Thank you so much for the up date. You, your mom and the rest of your family are in my prayers (and those of many others, as you know) daily. Tell your mom hello from Bobbi-J and I'm thinking of her constantly. I know this is hard for you. I don't know how old you are, but I was 17 when I lost my dad. It's hard losing a parent. Lean on Jesus. He loves you more than you'll ever know, and wants to comfort you.

Thank you so much for the update. I just read this thread this past week. Man I wish I had seen it sooner, although I did not, I feel that I know her now after reading the posts. There were so many times that I wanted to .. reply .. to a post, but it wouldn't make sense at this time. This thread started back in 2014 I do believe. Tough times, fun times, got to know more about Honey, and sugar monkey. :) She handled the most difficult times in such a ... I want to say, wonderful type of an example! I am older. I do have my problems. After having read what she has gone through has made me realize more and more how blessed I am to be doing as well as I am. If a time comes that I may go through something similar, or another type of illness that could take time from me, I know that I will be remembering this sweet lady. If you come back and read this, please tell her that Cynthia says thank you for being who she is. Maybe, just maybe she will notice the name..I have been on here for a while. ;) Prayers still going out for your family.

Sugar Monkey thank you so much for bringing us up to date. I think about your mom often and the sense of humor she displayed on her posts.

Rachel wish I could do this in person :hugs, prayers and love to you & your family.
