My leukemia's back.

Happy Mother's/Mum's day to wherever you are. Mother's have their fair share of work in helping the world be a better place.

After doing some research, I determined that some self administered physical therapy is just what the Doc. ordered to cure my trigger finger. A bit of night time splinting, plus these measures that I'm posting for any one else who is dealing with this issue:

I find this guy's treatment approach to be pretty spot on. He has videos dealing with other orthopedic and muscular conditions.

Having trouble finding the right mask to fit. Plus, not sure this fancy little machine is working right. Back to the place for a third fitting of another mask. :hmm Deb, wishing you better luck on this. I'm being told that this is normal, finding the right fit in the beginning. But...the machine? It is slowing way down .. when my breathing slows down! What? Worked right the first few nights. I woke up a few times feeling like I was suffocating with the air going so slow, and with the mask tight. Turned off the machine...it resets it. Nope. Didn't start out like it normally does. I'm not wearing it tonight. Waiting for a call back. And I was so excited about this at first. :(
