My leukemia's back.

Tonsure is happening in Portland, OR??

Kinda curious as to what that suitcase is full of! Then there is the TSA "has anyone given you anything to bring on the plane" question.
"Um yeah, my Mom. But I trust her".

Hi :frow, any books you can recommend or websites?

The Keto sites I am finding are devoted to using it for Epilepsy... apparently its been used for Epilepsy since the twenties....

My Cardeologist recommended it.... I guess it doesnt matter except to keep it 70 25 and 5.... 70 percent fat 25 percent protiens and 5 percent carbs....

Here is a website I found.... Its funny until I found out they wanted money.... which is OK but I want to do more research before I dive in.... Besides right now I have to stick to the Radiation Diet... To protect my Poor haggard Digestive tract.

Al, I sure hope you get some, rest time once you get home!! Having said that, it is known that keeping busy for a while after the death of a loved one helps. I stayed crazy busy for a while after my mom passed. Got some sleep though at night. Busy again the next day. We all handle this differently. Still praying for you and yours.
