My leukemia's back.

Good morning Team Rachel.

Dd #2 visited yesterday. She's doing great, and is back to work. There is a very small scar on her neck, which will eventually blend in, and won't be noticeable at all. She has full range of motion with her head now. Her posture is much better, due to the physical therapy, and as a result, she's slightly taller.
great news!

His main reason for doing the head and neck scan was because i mentioned how woozy I get when I tip my head way back. Checked the surgery site, and blood vessels in my neck. This last visit, I mention something I hadn't before. (So much to remember) I have this tight tight band like feeling around the front of my chest. So tight at times, I go to lift whatever it could be, nothing there to lift up of course. Very strange. He wants the T area looked at, and since I'm in there, do the brain again to see if anything has changed in a year, since I'm a lot worse this year. He isn't giving up, and has done more, and explained more than anyone. The ENT I went to, stumped, but at least got the last MRI. That eventually got me to this Neuro.
I am glad more things are getting looked at.

Bummer that you are still a puzzle. :hugs

And WHY does your mother want those bed linens in AK? Does she plan to come visit often and wants her own stuff?
she has her own bed up here.... wants different sheets on it.

She and my dad used to visit lots before my dad got sick. My mom would be up here almost 3 months a year, my dad maybe half that.

That happens to me if I lie down flat on my back, have to have a pillow for a little while until it passes then I can take the pillow away.
Ahh..yours sounds like you have a misplaced crystal. Easily fixed. I didn't know if those were for real, until I went to the ENT and found out. Did a simple procedure, and, yep, fixed. Look it up on the net.

This is sooooooooo me!

Well then I'm glad she'll be able to come up and spend some time again. Probably a lot more comfortable up there in the summer than down in TX weather wise.
oddly enough they used to come up for the last 6 weeks to 2 months of summer (mom first, then dad for just the last 2 or 3 weeks) and then a month...... (drum roll)

at Christmas !

My eldest boy..... getting dressed as a Sub-deacon by the metropolitan.

Both spouse and I cried. That hotel.... very dusty place. :old

And eldest, a new sub-deacon (the black outfit is his inner cassock, you wear that under the fancy stuff..... this is right after the service) is writing cards to hand out to people to ask them to pray for my dad. Youngest is watching. I guess that might sound odd, to pray for the dead.... but we do, especially for the first 40 days.
