My leukemia's back.

Things have also changed since Kendra was part of a study. Hers was a study by Children’s Hospital in Denver, along with several other pediatric hospitals and (I think) the American Acedemy of Pediatric Physiotherapists, or some such, to lay benchmarks in wheelchair use and learning. At 9 months old, she was the youngest child to be put in a wheelchair to teach self-mobility, and she blew them out of the water! I can remember so clearly that she was running over toes and turning in place at less than a year old, and by a year and half could maneuver confidently around most of the obstacle course they set up for testing.

Hugs for Richard...I’ve kind of adopted him, you know!

B, I just noticed...you're wearing a tiara in your avatar photo! It looks good on you your highness :thumbsup

Showing yet again (or perhaps her initial) method of communication was "I'll show you" not "I'll tell you". :love

Thank you kindly. It was bestowed upon me by @BantyChooks during the trivia contest.

And she does exactly that! Just recently she had her iPad out and all by herself she typed ‘Gramma’ in the search box. My name and photo popped up from Jenny’s contact list and she “gave” me a kiss and said, “Gramma”. I live for those moments.

Richard and those back in the 80's and 90's were the pioneers then. Kendra and those her age are the pioneers for future brave little ones. Shes sure a trooper alright.

just got back from my three month exam... Post surgery.... Doc said everything was fine... And he wasn't surprised I had a hernia... above my belly button.... about six inches.... No pain but it definitely was from the surgery...

NOPE no one will touch it to fix it till I loose a ""Boat Load of Weight"" especially since its not bothering me....

Oh well. I can live with a lumpy midsection....
