No cats here. Funny to think that my last husband and and I raised Persian cats, and showed them. I don't miss having a cat. You were talking food. Chili was on the menu here today. It's definitely chili weather lately.

Sour, I care for my mom we got 2 cats, mine ran off came back and was killed along the main road, first cat that we ever had that died that way. Her cat was hers and let me know that, over time she was our cat and the last year and a half was MY cat. One morning mom slept late I slipped out was gone for an hour and a half to pay a bill (2 miles away) and decided to go to town and bring back breakfast for us. Kitty wasn't told either and she had been sleeping on me and thought I was simply doing chores and when I got back I checked on mom, princess was there on her bed and started ripping me a new you know what because (her face and her meowing told me everything I needed to know) 1) I left without telling her and 2) she had to go lay with mom!

The little Gray cat's brother is good at jumping on the bed and laying on me. Wouldn't be so bad but his sister weighs barely 8 pounds and he weighs 18 and looks like a mini mountain lion. Kinda discerning to wake up and see these two big yellow cat eyes just watching you while you sleep.

Not to mention having a very difficult time breathing with 18 pounds on your chest.
