My leukemia's back.

:) We always hear that someone has to hit rock bottom before they see the light and seek help. Thankfully it worked for her though the lead-in was hell on you. Not sure it is a good idea to keep it from the kids though. They might have inherited the addiction genes and should know to keep on watch. Nip that in the bud if possible, way too easy to say "not me".

I think that is what he meant by "no due date". They can take it out of his hide when he dies ;)

You might want to find out the best vehicle for selling them for max profit. Likely as not she would just list them on Craig's List and get very little of what they are really worth.
Put that info somewhere, maybe with your will if you have one.

But YOU have figured out that you were headed for the rapids and have pulled off the river. Doing well and recognizing the improved life of not having increasingly crushing debt over your head. Everyone that gets paid off will make you feel better.
I would have my old shop sell them for her.... My tool box alone I paid 20k for.... So no not a Craig's list type deal.... Or she could just sell them through to the Snap On dealer on commission..... Either way there no way she shouldn't get at least 40k for all ...I have another$20k just in diagnostic equipment... And I'm not even getting into all my welders and such.....I keep rediscovering things I forgot I owned....

We rediscovered alot of stuff, every time we moved. Never seemed to get rid of anything either. DH just got another air compressor and has his eye on a big one that will be permanently installed in the machine shed. He has a small pancake compressor, his new compressor that has a built in hand dolly for moving it to the work area, and his big tank one. I am sure he has uses for each one...

I have always said, when looking for a home, get one with as much storage space as possible. You will always "grow" into it.

That's true, whether you mean to grow or not :p

I don't know how the people that buy those teeny, tiny homes do it. Guess I could live in one as long as I had an airplane hanger nearby to keep all my "invaluable" stuff
