Yes! Yesterday was the anniversary of the slide that killed over 50 people down by Santa Barbara last year. The Slide happened because of the Woolsey fire

We have dropped down to the single digits. better than negatives, but I prefer a nice solid 25-ish (cold enough to keep the snow from turning to ice)

Anyway... the muscovy don't like it this cold.

When it gets this cold we switch to tiny water pots... so NO bathing.

We had to bring one in yesterday and warm her feet up a bit, let her sleep in the house overnight... she is going back out now that it is noon and we are warmed up to the teens.

We have 3 pullets in the bathroom... didn't get them acclimated soon enough. ... yeah, they are FREE RANGING in the bathroom.

I hope you've predator-proofed that bathroom...sure wouldn't want anything grabbing a pullet or two

So muscovy are more sensitive to cold than other ducks?
