My leukemia's back.

Need some prayers. Maybe some of you here have heard me talking about my mentally handicapped sister. She is in stage 4 kidney failure.. happened fast. She is going in this morning for the surgery to get a fishula done. This will help when the time comes to start dialysis. Thing is, they have to wait 3 or 4 months for it to be ready to use. Her lab work has been dropping dramatically! From 18 to 15 in 2 months, then from 15 to 13 in 2 weeks. Thinking she will end up needing the port in her neck before this is ready. . :(
Praying!

They made up for it, didn't they Al? :)

The eldest was not only bald... but had so little hair and it grew so slowly that by 1 year of age his bangs barely reached his eyebrows, didn't need a trim until 2.5 years of age.... and that is the one with the afro!

My Daughters were born with black hair that turned blond. They had black tipped hair until the first hair cut.

Can I pull up a bench & just sit here a while? Out of nowhere my 54 yr old brother needs a triple by pass. I cant wrap my brain around this. I think I had a brief out of body experience at one point today. I'm having trouble chatting about the weather on my other threads, so if you guys dont mind, I'm just gonna sit here quietly for a bit.

That is super horrid as well as stressful. Can't imagine how your mom must feel.

:hugs

My brother had a quadruple bypass around the same age. He's 68 now (thank the Lord)
Has had type 1 diabetes since college. Also has a pacemaker, and de-fib thing, and diabetes pump plus other health issues. He is stoic and just keeps going like the energizer bunny. He is my hero.:love

:hugs:hugs:hugs Have a seat, Room. I’d love to just sit with you, and maybe have a. cup of tea together. Thank goodness he got in when he did.

A family friend had bypass surgery (I forget how many) at age 51 a few years ago. He’s back to running, biking, hiking and all kinds of other outdoorsy stuff. Prayers for your brother, you, and the rest of your family.
