My leukemia's back.

It started when our neighbor cut our cable, claiming it was on his property. It was, so no big deal. Verizon came out yesterday, ran the cable where they were suppose to, and fixed it. In the meantime, the neighbor only pulled up the cable that was on his land. In the process of fixing everything, they decided to up our speeds. That meant they needed to ping the router, and didn't. Dh called, and had them ping the router, so all is well now, until Friday. To get the desired speeds, it takes 2 FIOS cables. They will be out Friday to run the additional cable.

:th Is your neighbor usually such a jerk??? I'm sorry you've all got the bug. Hope you & the fam feel better soon! :hugs

Given the deer population around here and my 'old man' eyesight we go to a lot of matinees. This was a 1:30 show.

We almost never get to go to the movies. Its too expensive for a family of 5 & the kids are sensitive to the noise. On the rare occasion we do go, we bundle the kids up in hoodies & fur hats to muffle the sound (yes, we look ridiculous) & hit the matinee.

When we moved here, the rest of the neighbors warned us about him. Yes, he's typically a jerk. In fact, he's been nicer to us than he has to any of the other neighbors.

May want to rephrase what you call the neighbor. A jerk is a tug, a tug is a tugboat, tugboats float on water and water is nature, and nature is beautiful, I doubt he is beautiful.... lol remember that from school days. BTW I want a full size spare for my van, don't care if it matches, or what it looks like, just want a wheel that works, monday I go around trip of 30 miles to spend $60 for a used wheel that matches (they said it was the only one on the scrap yard that's the right size if it was a "match" to my wheels (oem part not after market or reg steel wheel)) but the junk yard 4 miles round trip that I have to pass by wants $110 for the same one and $75 for the lesser one so $15 less for a matching one instead? no question I can drive further than the 26 extra miles on the $15 bucks. Yes the local junk yard loves to rip people off they own 2 junk yards and they are both the we pull it for you, you pay then see if it looks okay or not. the other lot in town they have no idea if they have the part or not, and pull it yourself. so that's it for my county hence I have to go into the next county for this wheel. And no I did not negotiate, because the higher $$$ one either throws you out or refuses to sell if you do.

When we moved here about 20yrs ago, we were warned about one of the neighbors in our 5 house culdesac. We were told by the other 3 houses that they were mean, aggressive, loud, etc... I proceeded with caution, but they quickly turned out to be the greatest neighbors I've ever had. Funny thing is 2 of the other houses who spoke bad about these people have been constant trouble for the neighborhood. Go figure.

I hope it all works out!

Maybe the 2 "constant trouble" people didn't like the "mean, aggressive ..." neighbors because they turned them in for causing trouble.

Its weird, theres been a lot of people who've lived in those 2 houses over the years. Its been a constant rotation of new buyers & renters. 98% of them have been a problem. We joke that those two houses are cursed & the 2% of people who aren't crazy when they move in move out super quick.

The 3rd house also spoke badly about the good neighbor. They were weird people, but not much trouble. They eventually sold their house too & its had a few decent, long term renters in there. I feel very lucky so far with that house, but those other 'cursed' 2 houses are always wild cards.
