Oh, and I put the young chickens in a larger cage out on the screened in patio today. It's time, and they need the bigger cage, which doesn't fit in the breakfast nook. It's a 30 x 80 cage that we built, with a nice piece of linoleum for the flooring. The linoleum isn't too slick for them to be able to walk good in there, and it's easy to keep clean.

Did you enter the edible Easter contest? I need to go look at that thead
 
The main requirement was that Easter Candy had to be used. That threw me off a little. I had to think about what candy, and how to incorporate it, then get the candy. In the meantime, we had some obligations to fulfill, so I was busy. I finally managed to bake the cookies, make the icing, and most of the colors I'll need, and bag it all up. Later today, I'll start decorating.

Jelly beans can be used I'm sure since the cookies are already baked, or maybe add a peep (gag) on top.
