And look.....this is carton #2 from my September chicks. Still small, but it’s so nice to see them again!!

Me too! But I kinda tole a fibber. The two white eggs on the end are .... yep, store bought eggs. They were the last two in the carton purchased before my girls started laying, and the other empty carton I found on the porch is already full of eggs from the previous week. So I kinda tole a fibber. Feefer will get the store bought eggs tomorrow!

Good morning everyone. I helped my neighbor at the fair again yesterday. I'm a bit stiff, and moving slow. We did go out, and get the heights adjusted on the hotwires. Hopefully, I'll have better results tonight. I'm not sure it will currently stop the rats, but I have an idea for that too.

Blooie, there have been times, for almost all chicken owners, that they've had to buy eggs. Not a problem. We understand, and will let you slide this time.
