Blooie, Diane's oncologist should have already gotten that information with the biopsy results, and have it available. Those things are critical in how they proceed with her treatment.

I’m sure they’re on it….Sanford is a very good medical center with excellent primaries and specialists. Sioux Falls is a major medical hub. It’s just hard for her to give every detail in a group chat, which is how she’s communicating with selected friends and family rather than trying to call them all.

Wishing Little Diane all the best, Blooie. That time period between first diagnosis and when you have all your test results back and a solid treatment plan is the absolute worst! I'll hit my 5 year mark this summer, but still remember how tough it was to hear "you have breast cancer" without knowing what comes next.

I remember the panic when my mom got "it"...... but she did great.

My mom is incredibly stoic about such stuff... makes it hard to take care of her.
