my lg still air wont turn on

i just went to tsc and bought it today and it wont turn on is it broken or does this model usually do this?

I got mine used from a friend and as soon as I plugged it in the light came on and it started heating up. If yours is brand new and not coming on I would say it is somehow defective. Take it back to TSC and have them give you another one.

is it heating up... only time the light is suppose to come on is when the temp needs to rise then the red light comes on...try turning the temp up and see if the light comes on
