My Lil Tiny Coop Build...

Your coop looks great! I love your wife and daughter gathering and drying supplies, too cute! And your gals are so pretty, congrats!!

Thanks so much Import! We've had a blast with them so far! Here are our lil princesses playing with them:

Fightin' for shotgun in the Barbie Jeep )

Training our Australian Cattle Dog to GUARD them and not CHASE them...

Yep, we're a happy lil family! We've got lotsa lil bodies to love around our house...
Essa, "The Guardian," is in the above pic, and this is Piko, "Supplemental Alarm," our lil Chihuahua:

And this is Tisoto, "The Hunter" Half Siamese, Half Burmese. He's almost 15, and I've had him since he was 8:

And Diamond Carisa (Sienna made that name up...), "Bundle of Play," AKA "Ditty Bitty":

And, of course, all our hens...)

How big a space would be recommended for a quarantine coop? Like for a cock and 2 hens, young adult size?

I'm thinking that a longer box with nest on one end, roost on the other, and a pop door in the middle with ventilation across from the pop door and under the roost would be ideal. Maybe 3 or 4' long and 2' wide?

The coop would be on short stilts and in a fenced pen so they can get outside to graze and scratch. I have about 10'x20' garden that's fenced in, and will cover that with poultry wire. They will be locked into the coop at night for safety.

Thanks! Getting a trio of Dorkings. Thinking this will be the coop that goes with them to the main area in a month.
