Thanks guys for all the complements. This has been one of those projects I keep beating myself up about....Maybe I should have done this or maybe this would have been better. You know how it is just trying to get the most out of everything these days. I'll probably end up building some separate coops and runs in the spring. I would like to have a coop for all the roos and maybe some separate grow out pens but we'll see.

I think anyone with minimal building experience and some tools can do this, just think it out first. This was my first coop so I also looked at tons of pics on here to see what others had done and tried to incorporate what I liked in those pics into my coop. Everything else I just winged it and asked a bunch of questions at the hardware store when I got into a jam.
