My little chick is older now. Could you tell me if it's a rooster?

I got them all together. They are all the same age but he's the only one that doesn't seem to be maturing.

My cockerel didn't crow or show interest in mating until closer to 6 months old. I'd say he's just young and he'll mature in his own time.
