I do not think so. When I think fan fiction I tend to think of the screwed up ways people have ruined what they are based off of. Obvi I know there are some good ones, but they aren't what comes to mind when I initially here "fan fiction." I tend to think of the sexualized or goreified stories.

How?? Lots of adults have collections. Breyers, schleich, funko, Pokémon, baseball cards, LPS, dolls, barbie, how is MLP any different?
Baseball cards are ok so long as it's only a few. Any of those other things and that's a HARD PASS. Would not bang.
Then don't. But that doesn't make people who do creepy. Funko pop collections are HUGE, I know too many adults to count with large collections. I know you aren't a person who enjoys fun things, but some people do.
