my little "under the deck" coop

After 2 months of work and zero carpentry skills, my coop and run are finally finished! I live in an urban area and have alot of restrictions I have to follow. Hopefully no one can complain about my hidden coop! The ladies and my daughter love it!

It is 16x6 I literally cannot make it any bigger unfortunately .

I have 6 Black Star pullets that are about 6-8 weeks old now. They are just wonderful. The coop is a converted shed and is 4x6. I have it tiered so that they have the floor space of the coop as well. This has been a crazy project.

Just keep in mind that chicken wire is not predator proof, so depending on what is in your area, you may want to consider upgrading to hardware cloth, or combine it with stronger wire like welded wire fencing.
