My lone hatch is not doing so hot, Please Advice is needed urgently!!!

Thanks. I guess I am just not cut out for hatching chickens. I can raise 7 children, Mollies and guppies, dogs, guinea pigs, ect, but I guess I am just not cut out for hatching. Thankfully I have 7 from a friend that are good and hardy and I know that they will do fine. But I am sure that I will never hatch again.
