Good for you!!! So nice to hear that these birds will be going to a good and caring home. Now if you could just get the chickens to understand that! They'd probably be lining up in front of the gate to be let in!

I have 3 hens that are impossible to catch during the day, what I would suggest is get a cage like a dog crate or a box with a good lid and find where they are roosting at night if you can reach it, about dusk is when mine go to bed and they are really easy to catch when they are sleeping, otherwise a large fishing net with a handle might help too. Good luck catching them.

When they tried to charge her she suddenly did a 180 on her claim, saying they weren't hers.

No one can prove either way because MOST people out here have chickens and they all look to be the same mix except for the massive black roos.

Still working on herding them up, their roost spot changes every few days so just when you think you've found it they aren't there that night

Hoping the come back to my peach trees again now that they're dropping.
