I've found lots of info on farrowing boxes, etc and my husband and I are building her a new pen for when she's getting close. I still have a few questions though!
Should we be feeding her any differently before birth?
What about feeding changes for mom after birth?
Do we trim the umbilical cords before dipping them in iodine?
Can we give piglets an oral iron supp or should it be injected?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
