Darn, My mom told me yesterday I could only get rid of the chickens if I got rid of my Brahma rooster. I really dont want to do that because I'm afraid of how it would effect the girls.

How should I go about trying and convence my mom to get more chickens AND keep my rooster?

Tell here that a Rooster causes no problems if the eggs are collected at least once a day and that he is a guardian to the hens.
Is he aggressive towards people?
I think your hens would adjust just fine not having him around if that be the case.

My rooster isnt as aggressive as he used to be, but sometimes when you go out to let them out, he does attack your legs. He's not as aggressive as our silkie, who is supper mean. I dont like going near him without jeans and close toed shoes on

Hmmmm.... Mom's house, her rules.

Sounds like you need to get rid of a roo!

Who pays for feed, you or Mom?

the only person that really isnt comfortable with then roos is my sister and she doesnt even go out there so I really dont think it would matter if we keep him. I think its more of a matter of how many chickens we have

My mom said that once because she wasn't used to crowing yet. Now we don't even hear the crows though. Can you get more details on why the rooster is the deal breaker? Don't argue just ask.
