My month old chick keeps falling down.

I have a chick (hode island red)that holds her head down and against her chest or upwards against her back then she spins and falls down. She apparently has eqiulibrium issues, same batch, I lost a chick only a couple days after I brought them home.
Im worried about the remaining chicks!
