bemba~ Wow, thanks for the compliment! I try to keep them on pretty fresh pasture. They will be moved from that area in about a week or so, I may get two more weeks out of it, it depends. They graze so much more than my other ducks, rather than dabbling, so I think they will be in one area much longer than the other groups.

Dave~ Yeah, amazingly fast. And you should be pretty close to the real growth spurt....To much fun. Sometimes it's like those little encapsulated animals the kids pick up. "Just add water, and watch them grow!"

Thanks Hattiegune, they are so sweet. Much braver at this age then when they were little. I really enjoy them.

Chickboss: Beautiful duckies ! Love your color assortmemnt. My girl, Dilly, is sitting on about 18 eggs now....been about a wk. She's a very pretty chocolate, neck is cream with chocolate . Her DH, Dickey is a dark blue. Can't wait to see what we get for colors. Would like to see more white like yours. Very flashy.

Nice, I just hatched 16 scovy ducklings a couple days ago. Mama who only 9 months was attacked and killed by predator so out of her 21 eggs i took and incubated, 17 hatched but one died cause when it came out of the egg it was bleeding.
