I picked up 4 Muscovy ducklings on Wednesday. Hoping for a couple incubators out of the bunch ;). They are so cute!
Unfortunately I haven’t gotten good pictures yet. They all are dark, 2 solid and 2 with markings. Not sure what that means when they grow up color wise.

They're adorable. Hard to tell by your photos, but looks like wild type, and pied. Not sure on the color, but thinking black. Looking forward to new photos and watching them grow.

Adorable! ♥️ I look forward to seeing more pictures 🍿

They got to swim for the first time today and hang out with the big ducklings. They’ve been “look don’t touch” all week but get along well now. I’m mostly concerned with them escaping the netting so when I’m not home they are in the baby playpen.

They really go from mostly dark to mostly white? I know nothing about Muscovy colors, only mallard derived, so I’m used to ducklings looking pretty much the same as adults.
They really do!

It'll be interesting to see if they turn out to be fully black, wild, or the domesticated black which is actually 2 tone.
