My Muscovy/Pekin crosses are now 7 months old :-) Photos

Oh wow! Hybrids are so pretty! And these are more stunning examples!!
I had 2 Scovie hybrids some years back, they were dumped into the river below our home along with a Muscovy drake[maybe their dad] but all 3 were drakes, I finally won their friendship and brought them home, only problem was I had too many drakes so had to find homes for them but they were very cool ducks, they may have been crossed with a pekin don't know they didn't have any white on them at all though. I posted pic on the chat room page [when BYC had one] and no one know what they were. But I really like those boys. Un fortunately the computer I had in 09 crashed and I lost all my pics so can't show their pictures.

That's right, no carunkles and no drake feather...turned out 4 were hens and 1 was a drake. They are bigger than my largest Muscovy, they all fly right along with my scovies, they sing the scovy hen song and the drake huffs but the girls will also give a funny kind of quack when they're startled, upset or warning the other ducks about something. They also wag their tails :)

Sounds like the inherited mostly scovy genes.
