My mystery bird?? pullet or roo?

Noobie is 8 weeks old. S/he is the black and russet one with dark legs and black eyes.

I'd love to know if you think she is a pullet. Im hoping.
Also- any clues on breed mix?

The breeder had a bunch of different roos and hens together.
